Entire 2-Bedroom 1-Bath Townhouse You would rent an entire 2-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse just for your family. You would not share any areas with our other guests. One bedroom would have two twin beds, and the other bedroom would have a full-size bed. Floor Plan Kitchen, living room, and dining room are on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a hallway-access bath are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Washer and dryer are on the second floor. Price Currently, an entire private 2-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse is $140 for the first night, $120/night for nights two through ten, and $90/night thereafter, plus Maryland sales tax. Effective May 1, 2008, an entire private 2-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse will be $132 per night, plus Maryland sales tax, for the first ten nights, then $105/night for each additional night (a decrease of approximately 20%).
