Entire 2-Bedroom 2.5-Bath Townhouse You would rent an entire 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse just for your family. You would not share any areas with our other guests. Each bedroom would have two twin beds. Floor Plan Kitchen, living room, dining room, and powder room are on the first floor. Two bedrooms, each with attached private baths, are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Washer and dryer are in the basement. Price Currently, an entire private 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse is $190 for the first night and $170 per night for each additional night, plus Maryland sales tax. Effective May 1, 2008, an entire private 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse will be $188 per night, plus Maryland sales tax. There is no long-term discount for this house style. Private Amenities
