All bedrooms would have two twin beds. Floor Plan Kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bedroom are on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a hallway-access bath are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Washer and dryer are on the second floor. Price Currently, an entire private 3-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse is $190 for the first night and $160 per night for each additional night, plus Maryland sales tax. Effective May 1, 2008, an entire private 3-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse will be $190 per night, plus Maryland sales tax. There is no long-term discount for this style of house. Private Amenities
