Please inquire regarding size of beds. Floor Plan 3-bedroom house Style A: Kitchen, living room, dining room, and powder room are on the first floor. Two bedrooms, each with private-access bathroom, are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. One bedroom with private-access bathroom is on the third floor. Laundry room is in the basement. 3-bedroom house Style B: Kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, and one bedroom with private-access bathroom are on the first floor. Two bedrooms, each with private-access bathroom, are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Washer and dryer are on the second floor. Price Currently, an entire private 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse is $280 for the first night and $250 per night for each additional night, plus Maryland sales tax. Effective May 1, 2008, an entire private 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse will be $282 per night, plus Maryland sales tax. There is no long-term discount for this house style. Private Amenities
