Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and 12 noon to 5:00 p.m. on weekends. Check-in begins at 2:30 p.m.  Please call our office the morning of your arrival to inquire about scheduling an early check-in. Check-in after business hours must also be prearranged.

The townhouses where our guests stay is not in the same building as the office. You’ll have to walk anywhere from two doors to a block and a half to your accommodations. The neighborhood surrounding Johns Hopkins Hospital is very busy during daytime hours on weekdays, so we suggest that you park and check-in before bringing luggage and other items.  If arriving by cab or shuttle and have a substantial amount of luggage, the driver should be requested to wait while you check in at the office.  We will gladly provide the driver directions to transport you and/or your luggage  to your accommodations.

If you are coming from the Outpatient Center, ask a receptionist or security guard to direct you to the Wolfe Street Entrance (the main lobby of Johns Hopkins).  Exit the Hospital through the lobby doors and continue walking straight to our office along McElderry St. approximately one and half blocks.  Our office is located past Wolfe St. and Washington St. and is the first townhouse on your left after you cross Washington St.

SHARED HOUSES

Room with Shared Bath

A single bedroom with 2 twin beds is available with a shared hallway-access bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, and living room is shared with others who are visiting Johns Hopkins.

The floor plan is comprised on a kitchen, living room, dining room, and 1 bedroom on the first floor. Two (2) bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Washer and dryer are on the second floor.

A room with shared bath is $66.00 per night, plus Maryland sales tax.

Room with Private Bath

A single bedroom with private access to a bathroom. The majority of rooms with private baths have 2 twin beds. You would share the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a first floor powder room with others who are visiting Johns Hopkins.

Available floor plans include:
Two (2) Bedroom Townhouse: Kitchen, living room, dining room, and powder room are on the first floor. Two (2) bedrooms, each with private-access bathroom, are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Laundry room is in the basement.

Three (3) Bedroom Townhouse: Kitchen, living room, dining room, and powder room are on the first floor. Two (2) bedrooms, each with private-access bathroom, are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. One (1) bedroom with private-access bathroom is on the third floor. Laundry room is in the basement.

A room with private bath is $85.00 per night, plus Maryland sales tax.

ENTIRE PRIVATE HOUSES

Entire 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Townhouse

An entire 2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse is available. You would not share any areas with our other guests. One (1) bedroom would have 2 twin beds and the other bedroom would have a full-size bed.

The floor plan is comprised of a kitchen, living room, and dining room on the first floor. Two (2) bedrooms and a hallway-access bath are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Washer and dryer are on the second floor.

An entire private 2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse is $132 per night, plus Maryland sales tax, for the first ten (10) nights, then $116/night for each additional night (a decrease of approximately 12%), plus Maryland sales tax..

Entire Three (3) Bedroom One (1) Bath Townhouse

An entire 3-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse is available. You would not share any areas with our other guests.  All bedrooms would have 2 twin beds.

The floor plan is comprised of a kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bedroom on the first floor. Two (2) bedrooms and a hallway-access bath are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Washer and dryer are on the second floor.

An entire private 3-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse is $190 per night, plus Maryland sales tax. There is no long-term discount for this style of townhouse.

Entire 2-Bedroom, 2.5-Bath Townhouse

An entire 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse is available. You would not share any areas with our other guests. Each bedroom would have 2 twin beds.

The floor plan is comprised of a kitchen, living room, dining room, and a powder room on the first floor. Two (2) bedrooms, each with attached private baths, are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Washer and dryer are in the basement.

An entire private 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse is $170 per night, plus Maryland sales tax, for the first ten (10) nights, then $150/night for each additional night, plus Maryland sales tax.

Entire 3-Bedroom 3.5-Bath Townhouse

An entire 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse is available just for your family. You would not share any areas with our other guests. Please inquire regarding size of beds.

There are 2 floor plans available:

• Style A is comprised of a kitchen, living room, dining room, and powder room on the first floor. Two (2) bedrooms, each with private-access bathroom, are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. One (1) bedroom with private-access bathroom is on the third floor.  Washer and dryer are in the basement.
• Style B is comprised of a kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, and one (1) bedroom with private-access bathroom on the first floor. Two (2) bedrooms, each with a private-access bathroom, are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Washer and dryer are on the second floor.

An entire private 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse is $255.00 per night, plus Maryland sales tax. There is no long-term discount for this house style.
