Room with Private Bath In a 2 or 3 bedroom townhouse, you would rent a single bedroom with private access to a bathroom. You would share the kitchen, the dining area, the living room, and a powder room with others who are visiting Johns Hopkins. The majority of rooms with private baths have two twin beds. Floor Plans 2-bedroom house: Kitchen, living room, dining room, and powder room are on the first floor. Two bedrooms, each with private-access bathroom, are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Laundry room is in the basement. 3-bedroom house Style A: Kitchen, living room, dining room, and powder room are on the first floor. Two bedrooms, each with private-access bathroom, are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. One bedroom with private-access bathroom is on the third floor. Laundry room is in the basement. 3-bedroom house Style B: Kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, and one bedroom with private-access bathroom are on the first floor. Two bedrooms, each with private-access bathroom, are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Washer and dryer are on the second floor. Price Currently, a room with private bath is $95 for the first night and $85/night for each additional night, plus Maryland sales tax.
