Room with Shared Bath

In a 2 or 3 bedroom townhouse, you would rent a single bedroom. You would share the hallway-access bathroom, the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room with others who are visiting Johns Hopkins. Two twin beds would be in your room.

2-bedroom house: Kitchen, living room, and dining room are on the first floor. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Washer and dryer are on the second floor.

3-bedroom house: Kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bedroom are on the first floor. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the second floor, up a flight of steps. Washer and dryer are on the second floor.

Price

Currently, a room with shared bath is $70 for the first night, and $60/night for each additional night, plus Maryland sales tax. Effective May 1, 2008, a room with shared bath will be $66.00 per night, plus Maryland sales tax.
